I’m Scott Santarromana, a Salesforce technical architect at 6Street Digital. Most of my work is B2B commerce, CPQ, and the Sales / Service / Experience Cloud implementations that sit around them.

I was at CloudCraze before B2B Commerce became a Salesforce product. I have also done CPQ on BigMachines, Model N, and Steelbrick. The product names keep changing. The problems do not.

This site started as a job-hunt blog after grad school. I am writing again: Salesforce notes I wish I had at the time, and newer ways of working in the age of AI. The restart note is CMD-r.
